Changing Buying and Selling Rate

Item Price is the record in which you can log the selling and buying rate of an item.

How to edit an Item Price

1. Head to the Items Master from the homepage.

2. Click on an Item for which you want to edit the price.

3. Click on "Actions" > "Add/Edit Price".

1. The system will bring out logs specific to the selected item.

Item Price List

1. As demonstrated in the image above, click on one of the records in the list.

Note: The Items will at most have two records, indicated by "Price List" column, the record will either be for the Selling rate (or) the Buying rate.

1. Click on the record type you want to change (Selling / Buying).

2. Edit the "Rate" field under the specific record.

3. Click on Save.

Your new price for the item is now updated, Now when this item is fetched during Selling / Buying, it will bring the updated price as the rate.
